Our friendly surf resort lies in the area of Afiartis on Makris Gialos beach or better known as Chicken Bay. The wind blows offshore over shallow mineral waters and reaches wind forces between 2 and 7 Beaufort.
We are open between May and October every day from 09:30 until 18:00 to make sure surfers will make the most of their time on the water! Karpathos Surf Club offers windsurfing boards and sails for rent, as well qualified lessons starting with the youngest to the oldest, from beginner to advance.
The brand new station is an official RRD center with the latest equipment on the market. Our facility at Karpathos Surf Club offers fresh water for your equipment every day and storage.
We constructed the station, to allow non-windsurfing members of the family to have an enjoyable time. We offer sun-beds with umbrellas as well as a nice seating area overlooking the bay to enjoy drinks and snacks, wifi included.
